Incorrect Address: If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee of $5 or location-calculated shipping costs.

Lost Packages: Once your package is shipped, LipistryByP is no longer responsible. For lost packages, please contact your local postal carrier or file a claim directly with them.

2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship ONLY within Canada. However, we are working on expanding to serve our international family soon!
3. How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-7 business days.
4. What if I entered the wrong address?
Mistakes happen! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at lipistry.by.p@gmail.com.

If your package has not yet shipped, we’ll correct the address at no extra charge.

If the package is already in transit and returned to us, a $5 reshipping fee will apply.
5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
